I went to Media this morning to renew my Pennsylvania LTCF. I got there about 9:30 and was the second person in line when I arrived, behind a gentleman who was picking his renewal up, so I was in and out in 15 minutes. Pleasant time all around, as usual, once you ignore the hassle of going to Media twice.

The lady behind the counter asked, "Is it Delaware Day here?" Apparently Lancaster County's decision to stop issuing to out-of-state residents is having an impact on their traffic flow, and they'd had several State of Delaware residents in already this morning. And traffic was building. There were six people in line by the time I left.

Is the office on the airport property?
Reason I ask is that I am a private pilot,

And I would much rather combine the necessity of travel for a renewal with an excuse to go flying

Thanx!

Update, I got my approval letter from DelCoPA on Friday. Renewal application went in June 8, approval letter dated June 19, postmarked June 20, arrived June 22. Now I just have to find time to slog up to Media during banker's hours to pick it up.
