Delaware Open Carry

Just curious what Delaware State's status/prohibition is regarding Dining in at a restaurant? I'm not following what's going on down there in DE.

PA is still at 25% capacity, with the bars actually opening up soon.

Any thoughts as to when monthly gatherings can be resumed in DE, if at all yet?

I'd be interested in a meet up. It's been a while since I did anything remotely social.

I think it's up to restaurant discretion and as long as capacity stays under 50%

Red Robin Burgers, off Rt. 273 at I-95.
Panera Bread, Kirkwood Hwy. at Duncan Rd.
I've been vaccinated, so I'm not worried !
