So, I've been in touch with the guys at gunlaws.us about Ijusam's recently revelation on carrying in Court Facilities and Police Stations... I asked him about the reference to the Slot/Casino prohibition and, while he wasn't able to cite the specific statute, he did mention Title 28 (which I don't have in my quick and easy reference -- a good reason why I wouldn't have found it), and also said he believed it was a regulation which is enforced by law in Title 28.

I'm itching to come up with a cite for this, so if you're able to do a bit of research, any help is appreciated.

I looked at title 28 and the only thing I found was that it was illegal to have a booth for target shooting and if you did how it must be constructed. There was no ban on firearms in a casino that I found.

What it is, much like state parks, there are also 'Rules & Regulations' that are enforceable by law and that's what's in the statutes. So, I've written the Delaware Gaming Control board for a copy of the regs for slot casinos, but I haven't heard back from them yet. ;/

This is when it was believed it was under the Delaware Gaming Control Board.

(b) In meeting its objectives, the Board shall develop standards assuring
professional competence; shall monitor complaints from the general public
relating to practices of persons engaged in an activity regulated by this
chapter; shall adjudicate at formal complaint hearings; shall develop
rules and regulations; and shall impose sanctions where necessary against
persons or occupational groups regulated by the Board. (63 Del. Laws, c.

Found out that it's actually regulated under Delaware Lotto, but can't find anything in there regarding firearms.
