At the February dinner the ones attending agreed to meet in March on Thursday the 19th (third Thursday of month) at the Grain H2O restaurant at the Summit North Marina on the C&D canal. (3006 Summit Harbour Pl, Bear, DE 19701)
I've never been there myself but others have and recommend it.

Looks like DELOC's March dinner will have to be canceled since DE has prohibited all restaurant dining-in and only allows delivery and take-out as of 8pm tonight (3/16/20).
