Found this site sort of by accident, and glad I did.
New to DE. Moved here from PA. Was permitted to CC in PA. Still have the FL and VA permits, though I understand I cannot exercise them here until I go through the drill. Got back into shooting a while back. Prefer 1911s, but enjoy all.

You are correct, you cannot CC in Delaware without the permit issued in Delaware if you are a resident.

You can, however, OC provided you can legally own a firearm. Only a few restricted places, including Dover, Delaware in its entirety.
