for those who don't I am florida resident moving to Delaware and carry CCW, getting to get to know some great folks

sorry I didn't get a chance to chat with you on saturday, and that I showed up late at the range. We are still having problems getting folks to take ours offers for a house in the areas we are looking in, just after the IHOP meeting we went down and found another house and I put a bid in on sunday by fax. I should know if they accept on tuesday, if so I should be resident sometime mid summer, if the folks except my offert on tuesday I will be heading back to Florida after the first week in april to sort things out

No need to apologize, Sir.... I understand about not getting anywhere w/ the house thing. I've been looking for a buyer for my house for MONTHS! I've had a few lookers, but no offers. I really need to sell it, even if it's for a loss.

I got a call last night from the realtor, the owners except my offer, if all works out the closing should be at the end of next month. I will be moving to Bowers Beach, we are very excited
I need to join the bridgeton range, so I will need advise on that

I've never been to this Bridgetown, MD range. Is it nice? It would be at least an hour drive for me from my house (SW of Dover, along/near MD Route 312, right?). Of course, I drive an hour sometimes to go to the Langhorne (PA) range....

Welcome, OneShot!

I haven't really posted on this topic, so I wanted to encourage everyone to start up an Open Carry log -- even if your experience is inane and uneventful, that gives others a bit of inspiration, hope and courage to open carry themselves.

Also, every so often, I'll be starting a thread in the Delaware Law Discussion topic for people to comment on... I suppose this is more of a "Wynder's Legal Short Essays on Firearms Related Rights" topic, but I certainly hope people actually take the time to read through and comment on anything they particularly disagreed or agreed with.

I want to thank everyone for making it over here, and I really do look forward to seeing this site grow.
