Just for traffic purpose seeing how its Friday i wouldn't go any further then Lewes area. As far as OC friendly places to eat, I haven't really found on that's not friendly (but I don't go to sit down restaurants much). I know that the Green Turtle in Five Points in Lewes if OC friendly and all places in Milton and Milford that I know of are as well (at least I haven't heard anything bad from anyone)
