Work has web filter set up so I can't see. But it sounds about right.
I'd suggest a dial caliper over a digital. I have both and prefer the dial.(batteries never die and it's just as accurate). And mine aren't cheap either (Starrett). Mostly it's used for COL and case length.
Good books are ABC's of Reloading, Modern Reloading (might come with kit). For load manual I like Hodgdon (available at news stands), Lyman's. All bullet manufacturers make ones for their bullets.
