Why settle for an AR-15 when you can get a Swiss made SIG556 ER!

My next EBR will likely be from LWRC or LMT with a gas piston.

M-14 Mod 0 anyone?

actually have an intersting (yet EXTREMLY stupid but have to ask) question....

I have a full metal EBR body from an airsoft rifle, and Fulton Armory sells an EBR frame, which appears to be the EXACT same thing, for 7,000. :o

Think it would be a Bad idea to slip an M-14 into that body? :?:

I almost feel guilty for buying those two stripped lower AR receivers! Almost.

I have 2 at my brothers house that I need to build up still. unfortunately I really dont want to wait 12-18 weeks for my order to come in.

id say you should change that guilt to luck
as in lucky you got some at a good price. :D

Yeah, tell me about it. I feel lucky to have actually FOUND a stripped lower for sale at all. And for it to be still available at a great price.... it was very lucky.

well yesterday was a sad day for me.
I was attempting to put a free floating quad rail on my rifle when...
the barrel nut would not come off.
it took a broken barrel wrench a dremel tool to cut off the delta wrench pipe wrench about a hour in front of a hot heater some oil and allllootttt of torque

it eventually came off but at the cost of my upper.... it actually bent open the metal.

so I ordered a new one off bravo company.
sure does suck though.

Well, I guess I missed on this one. Apparently my next EBR isn't an EBR at all, but an EDR (Evil Desert Rifle).

It was an impulse buy, to be sure - and I'm not sure if I'll sell it or keep it, but it'll be mine for at least a little bit. (For the record, I'm not paying what they're currently going for on Gunbroker.)

Of course I also bought one of these this week, too:

That one I'm keeping and mating to a White Oak National Match upper.

Man, that sucks Sean!

Personaly I like the Daniel Defense Omega Rail. It's a 2 piece free floater that doesn't require front sight base or Delta ring removal.
