On route 13 the Dover city limits are between the big Dover Plumbing Supply sign at W. Dennys and Webbs lane.
Not only does Walmart sell worthless junk, they treat their customers and staff like worthless junk as well. Thank god there isn't a Walmart in the immediate Newark area.
