So the wife and I were having lunch at the Burger King in Peoples Plaza a few days ago and I spied with my little eye a person OCing!! This was the first time I have ever saw anybody carrying openly who was not a member of LEO etc... I was not carrying myself because we were headed to the Wally World to get a few things after lunch and I don't fell safe leaving a firearm in the car without having a safe. I was not carrying but should have at least went over to say hi etc but didn't want to interrupt lunch with his lady... So if you drove the zombie outbreak response Jeep , sorry for not stopping by to say hi...

I was recently informed that this individual is actually a police officer(the fella in the zombie outbreak response Jeep).

Really? I got the impression that he may have been new to the OC crowd... from my observations... who knows, at least hes carrying!
